I Love Ugly “From Largo With Love” Editorial featuring Oddisee

Often enough, music trickles into the realm of fashion to inspire an idea or theme for a collection, but for the case of New Zealand-based label I Love Ugly, the opposite can be said. After sending rapper Oddisee a batch from its latest collection, the hip-hop alchemist took it upon himself to write a track dedicated to his hometown in Maryland, Washington. Featuring items such as the I.L.U crewneck, Rising Sun shirt, Jonty pants and Black on Black on Black watch, the lookbook combines the vision of Oddisee along with an interpretation in audio form, making this a unique multi-sensory feature. Commonn FW12 ~ In With The New, Out With The Old

Commonn is one of the UK's leading street wear stores based in Northampton. Commonn have been constantly pushing the bounadaries with their stores promotional photo shoots and videos. And for the new Autumn 12 season they carry this on with a cutting, slightly aery but very now, video look book. We are super hyped to see The Quiet Life heavily featured through out the video. I Love Ugly headwear collection

I Love Ugly have not been resting on their laurels. Recently they produced several new styles of 5 panel caps constructed of rare hard to find vintage / dead stock fabrics mixed with premium suedes and leather. However upon receipt of the new production they realised the final 5 panel cap fit was not to their high standard fit. Back out they went to search for more fabric and re produce to their utmost highest quality. This is the result of their effort and hard work.

The Quiet Life Fall 12 look book video

The transition has started between Summer and Autumn, in line with this The Quiet Life release a sneaky behind the scenes video of the new Autumn/Fall 12 look book. Showing off key styles from the new collection, styles such as their printed camera club t shirts, graphic and art printed t shirts, vintage / dead stock fabric pocket t shirts, a selection of their cut and sew and a mixture of snapback caps and 5 panel caps using vintage / dead stock fabrics.
