ANDY MUELLER ‘ART BLENDER’

Calling Los Angeles’ Andy Mueller a “creative powerhouse” is an understatement. He’s been the Art Director at Lakai for the past 13 years, also creating designs and graphics for Girl and Chocolate as a member of the esteemed Art Dump. Andy’s passion for design and photography (and even ping-pong) are also revealed through his brand, The Quiet Life. Editorial from concreteskatebording.com

Urban Industry x Quiet Life Instagram photo contest winner

Urban Industry & The Quiet Life launched an Instagram photo contest just before Easter. The purpose was to get creative and upload a photo onto Instagram with the hash tag #urbanql. The prize was a set of limited edition Quiet Life 5 panel & snapback caps and a Quiet Life crew sweat shirt. The photos where uploaded in an abundance, and the winner was chosen last night by The Quiet Life creator and Camera Club director Andy Mueller. @blaowphoto was the lucky recipient with peaceful striking photo using the Instagram 1977 filter. Here are shots of Quiet Life's Andy choosing the winning photo, and more pictures from @blaowphoto

Andy Mueller/Quiet Life @ The Art Dumps Clocked In.

THIS Gallery presented The Art Dump's exhibition "Clocked In". The exhibition was a tongue-in-cheek look at the office environments many of us live in during the day. It is a fact that the Art Dump, much like everyone else in the workforce, spend many hours in solitary with only their tools — whatever those may be — to keep them company. Welcome to the working week. You can see the pictures here from the workspace of Andy Mueller creator and director of The Quiet Life. Look closely and you will see some of the new graphics used for the forthcoming Autumn 12 Quiet Life collection!
