COMUNE X BLACK HATS

Up and coming Oxford based, COMUNE wearing, 3 piece indie rock band the Black Hats, have been dubbed as Spiky indie post-punk with a ‘Jam vintage’, brought up-to date with a twist of Young Knives and Bloc Party. Are all over the radio and internet.
Following an impressive 2009 which included the release of debut album, “What’s not to Understand?” and acclaimed EP, “Magnets”, the band have since headlined the Oxford Punt festival, performed a live session for BBC Introducing and a powered through a blistering set at Cornbury festival…
Super cool basist 'Budd' is always seen wearing COMUNE at all gigs, photo shoots and music videos. Below in the COMUNE - Campbell ls shirt, and in their new music video Budd sports the new COMUNE Drop City WHUL1 t shirt.

COMUNE X CROCODILES

Amid the chaos across the waters @ SXSW Texas, Crocodiles are filling venues and playing killer sets. Over here Rough Trade records are waiting for a repress of Crocodiles 7" Neon Jesus, expected to sell out fast http://www.roughtrade.com/site/shop_detail.lasso?search_type=sku&sku=322030
Then if you are lucky you can catch Crocodiles playing @ Pure Groove records, Farringdon London on 31st May.
COMUNE have supported Crocodiles for some time now and will be releasing a limited Drop City art t shirt in July, designed by Crocodiles
