Liverpool's beach-ball defeat has not lost its bounce

Even though a devoted Liverpool fan and unhappy with their lousy start to the season, I had to laugh at this article from the Telegraph online.....

'Hours after Sunderland striker Darren Bent's shot ricocheted past Pepe Reina off an inflatable ball thrown on to the pitch by a Liverpool fan, the club's online store had sold out of beach kits.
The suspicion is that the £10 kits – including towel and ball – had been bought by Manchester United fans for their visit to Anfield in the Premier League on Sunday.
A club spokesman revealed that there would be no special precautions to prevent beach balls being smuggled into the Anfield stands, though it is believed deckchairs and parasols remain prohibited.'
