The Place Manchester brands space

Another new sales season has sneaked up on us fast. So we start the new Autumn/Fall & Winter/Holiday 2013 season by showing the new collections from the brands we work with at The Place apartments in Manchester between 20th & 23rd January - The Quiet Life, I Love Ugly, Gentle Fawn, Insight, Blk Pine Workshop, Pine Fort.

Start of a new year and a new Gentle Fawn Spring collection. Spring 13 is just around the corner so we want to show you highlights of what you can expect very soon from the new Gentle Fawn Spring 13 line.

I Love Ugly 5 panel caps

I Love Ugly recently released the first part of their new 5 panel cap collection. Combining premium vintage / dead stock fabrics with suedes and leather. Here is a selection of some the stand out styles. One of which is exclusive to Urban Industry & Flat Spot in the UK.

Blk Pine Workshop bags Spring 13

Blk Pine Workshop are getting ready to release their eagerly awaited Spring 13 collection. Consisting of seven mini collections with in the line, using a mixture of cordoru nylon, duck canvas, white oak denim & ballistic canvas to construct bag styles such as the box pack, day back pack, tote bag, weekender bag, side bag and a duffle bag. Blk Pine Workshop also have some interesting collaborations coming in the new year, following on from their Stussy Deluxe collaboration.

I Love Ugly x Hype Beast

I Love Ugly have recently released their Holiday/Pre Spring 13 collection into selected stores across the UK. We are super hyped to see that Hype Beast have picked up the release and blogged about it -

'As part of a university assignment, Valentin Ozich once summed up his personal style in three words — I love ugly. The phrase stuck and eventually served as the inspiration for his New Zealand-based clothing line and retailer, which Ozich currently runs with co-founder Barnaby Marshall. Thankfully, the label’s collections are a little more aesthetically pleasing than its moniker suggests — the garments are well-conceived, wearable basics with a twist. For Holiday 2012-2013, I Love Ugly offers up a selection of statement pieces alongside more subtle offerings.'

Pine Fort bag collection Sp13

We are proud to announce the imminent Spring 13 release of the new Pine Fort bag/luggage collection. Pine Fort is being released as the younger sub label of Blk Pine Workshop. Still using a mix of premium fabrics and still made out of the same factory in Seattle USA. The collection utilises the classic styles of duffle, back pack, tote and waist bags. 

The Quiet Life Photo contest #3

The Quiet Life release their new Photo contest part three. After an extremely successful camera club photo contest last year, there was an outstanding number of entrants. And the chosen winners photographs where turned into Quiet Life camera club t shirts. We now have the third installation, where you have the chance to upload original photographs onto the Quiet Life facebook page and win the chance to have it printed in the new collection.
