Grand Scheme are back with another amazing artist collaboration. This time they are working with globally renowned artist Sean Morris -

'Originating from Perth, Sean Morris champions a playful-yet-evocative aesthetic that garners approval from both a socially focused digital community and a global art community. Outside of Tumblr reblogs and Facebook shares, Sean Morris has exhibited and curated shows in Melbourne, Perth, London, New York, Los Angeles and Madrid.

Sean’s ‘Return to Doom Lagoon’ series has been incorporated into a Grand Scheme ready-to-wear collection fit for a laid back summer.

Quiet Life 'Funner Summer' capsule

The Quiet Life are back with their second drop for this Summer, entitled 'Funner Summer', this is a capsule designed and created with Los Angeles based artist Justin Krietemeyer and will be launched at Kingswell in Los Angeles this thursday with a party and art installation. Here are images released through Hypebeast ahead of the official release on the 1st July. Look out for the full look book next week, shot by Christa Renee.

A Spring & Summer 2013 feature on a couple of Drop City Contributors Adam Harteau’s latest graphic tees. 

Adam Harteau’s work influenced a large majority of our current pieces for Spring & Summer 2013. We referenced his work numerous times during the development of our collection and really wanted to mimic the adventurous essence you feel when in the presence of his work. So without hesitation we produced three of his art pieces into our graphic tee collection for Spring and Summer 2013.

COMUNE/DROP CITY WELCOMES PAOLA ANDREA OCHOA

COMUNE/Drop City is excited to announce the addition of multi media artist Paola Andrea Ochoa! We look forward to Paola’s contribution to the Drop City artist collective.

Paola Andrea Ochoa was born in Medellin, Colombia in 1979. She immigrated to the USA in 1992- where she studied architecture at an early age and later pursued a BFA with a concentration in Eastern European experimental animation under Clark Richert, one of the founding members of the original Drop City in Trinidad, CO. Shortly after graduating, Paola was awarded the NEW PICK residency at the Museum of Contemporary Art/Denver and has since shown her drawings, video installations and photography in Los Angeles, New York and Miami. Paola works on personal and collaborative projects- interweaving the fields of visual art, botany, motion-picture, photography, & computing. Paola lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.
