Consisting of rare and hard to find dead stock fabric, tailored into a woven button down shirt, beach short, cut and sew premium t shirt and polo cap. Quiet Life '56th & Fig'

The Quiet Life recently released their newly anticipated Spring 15 drop 1 collection. Here we see photos taken from their new look book called '56th & Fig', heres what Andy Mueller has to say -
'We are excited to announce that our SPRING 15 “56th & FIG” COLLECTION is now available in stores around the world. This collection is named after a key street intersection ( 56th Ave. and Figueroa St. ) in our neighbourhood of Highland Park ( Los Angeles ) California.

This Collection features new jackets, fleece, button down shirts, jogger pants, custom and printed T’s. The highlights include a new version of our classic Fishtail Jacket ( in a spring weight cotton ), the new Hawaiian Canvas Jacket and a sporty take on our best selling Garage Jacket. There are several capsules that weave throughout this collection including the Flagship Pack, the Hawaiian Pack, the Eden pack ( featuring original artwork drawn in the late 1970’s by QL co-owner’s Jennifer Pitt’s father - Robert Pitt ), and 2 packs featuring Liberty of London fabric - the Liberty Madras Pack and the Liberty Rose Pack. This collection also features new headwear - 5 panels ( including a 5 panel with folder bill that can roll up and fit in your pocket ), polo hats, snapbacks, a new moon shape and several bucket hats. We are also proud to be releasing new graphic t-shirts and Camera Club photo shirts from our long running Camera Club series; We are also releasing new bags and accessories including a new camera bag, shoulder bag, a ping pong case and a new guitar pick holder keychain.

The Quiet Life have recently started delivering their new Spring 15 collection, consisting of fine cut and sew garments, their usual high quality hat collection and some amazing printed art and design graphics. This season they took to an empty space on 56th & Figuero in Highland Park, Los Angeles with photographer @danmonickphoto to shoot their new Spring drop 1 look book. The Quiet Life Spring 15

The Quiet Life are back this Spring with one of their strongest collections to date. Amazing cut and sew styles mixed with contemporary art design and graphics, along with the high quality and standards from Quiet Life in all categories such as woven shirts, graphic printed t shirts, jackets, fleece, 5 panel caps, snapback caps, bucket hats and polo caps. Quiet Life X Katsuo Design

Quiet Life have recently shot a new 'Studio Visit' look book with Katsuo Design, featuring the new collaboration capsule with Katsuo. Here are photos shot and words by Quiet Life director Andy Mueller -

Quiet Life is excited to announce the global release and pop-up event for their new "Jump On It" Capsule Collection with Japanese artist, illustrator, and long time friend Yusuke, of Katsuo Design. The Quiet Life and Katsuo Design are celebrating with a release party and pop up shop at The Slow Culture Gallery in Highland Park (Los Angeles) Thursday, October 30th from 7-10pm. Katsuo has put together a special installation of wooden sculptures & xerox posters for this event. The 19 piece collection features Katsuo’s curvy characters that are reminiscent of 60’s pop art adorned on custom woven shirts, tees, socks, bucket and 5-panel hats.

 Each season QL likes to invite one of their favorite photographers to do a Lookbook for us, but this season founder Andy Mueller shot the lookbook in Katsuo’s Chinatown (Los Angeles) studio. Mueller stated “I’ve been friends with Yusuke for over ten years, showing in art shows together all over the world. This marks the first time we have been able to collaborate directly, and I am excited to release this collection here in Los Angeles at the Slow Culture Gallery.“

ICNY Fall/Winter 14

Acclaim magazine recently caught up with Grand Scheme's brand director Jimmy Bliggs.

The Quiet Life x Watershed

The Quiet Life are about to release their long awaited collaboration collection with Watershed shop. 

The collaboration called ‘Glass and Sew’ brings together Watershed’s bespoke surfboard design with The Quiet Life’s unique eye for and use of rare fabrics. To truly define an exclusive capsule collection consisting of four custom designed surfboard’s, two made in the UK and two made in California, cut and sewn garments including woven shirts, beach shorts, 5 panel cap, 6 panel polo cap, bucket hat and a graphic printed raglan t shirt and hooded zip beach hoody.

To celebrate the collaboration, Watershed will be taking their store concept to Boxpark London, to highlight the capsule collection alongside their own product and the most recent Quiet Life collection too.

The Boxpark pop up store will run from the 14th July - 20th July, including a launch event at the pop up on Thursday 17th July featuring the collaboration collection and drinks supplied by Vita Coco, Portobello gin and Piston Heads lager.

Watershed used their establishment as the UK photo shoot location for the new capsule collection, you can view the UK photo shoot here. With the US photo shoot releasing later this week in line with the Pop up store at Boxpark launch event.

The Quiet Life recently delivered their eagerly anticipated second part of their Spring 14 collection across the UK.
